@raf1234 - hi, may i just advise you to contact some official bitdefender support... i myself can hardly assist you in this matter. sorry
problems w/ recently purchased software. unable to interact in the web..sort of freeze.program runs first 5 mins and hungs with hour glass. unistalled but somehow resulted partial uninstall. downloaded uninstall tool but failed. wanted to send report out but ended up to in hung state either not responding or running as indicated in task mgr but programe just hungs. need help.
